If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us within 14 days at info@post-peak.com with your order number and photos if relevant. We’ll sort it out.

Due to the nature of supplements and hygiene products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for opened or used items.

Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the issue was caused by us.

Refunds are processed after returned items are received and inspected.

If something genuinely went wrong, we’ll handle it fairly. That’s the policy. Revolutionary concept, apparently.
