Refund and Returns Policy
Our refund and returns policy complies with the EU Consumer Rights Directive. Below are the terms and conditions regarding returns and refunds:
Right to Withdraw
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without providing a reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), receive the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us at info@post-peak.com with a clear statement (e.g., an email or a letter sent by post) before the withdrawal period expires.
Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
Due to health protection and hygiene reasons, opened or used vitamins cannot be returned unless the product is defective or incorrect.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed within 14 days, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method.
For withdrawals under the 14-day period, a full refund, including standard shipping costs, will be provided. However, if you chose express delivery, only the standard shipping cost will be refunded.
If the vitamins you receive are defective, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a replacement or full refund. Contact us at info@post-peak.com with proof of purchase and details of the issue.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@post-peak and send your item to: Elektrenu str. 1, Kaunas, 51190 Lithuania.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Elektrenu str. 1, Kaunas, 51190 Lithuania.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
